The ezEX™48 RJ45 Connector for CAT6, CAT6A Cable provides an option for terminating larger diameter twisted pair cables with insulation diameter sizes ranging from 0.043-0.048." It's designed to handle larger-sized conductors while maintaining the simplicity of the EZ™ pass-through design. This facilitates verification of wiring sequence before terminating. It has a high/low staggered design to accommodate larger diameter conductors while maximizing performance. It has a one-piece design, and no bars or liners are required. Compatible with both solid and stranded conductor cable. These ezEX™48 RJ45 Connectors for CAT6, CAT6A Cable are compatible with our C6CMXF-2044BK CAT6 Direct Burial Gel Filled Ethernet Cable.
The CAT6/A ezEX48 RJ45 Connector is engineered for cables with an outer diameter under 7.75mm, ensuring reliable terminations and superior electrical performance. The connector’s unique design allows for improved conductor alignment, making it easier to verify wiring order before crimping.

Standard RJ45 Issues
The most common issue with traditional pass-through connectors is the incomplete trimming of conductors, leading to voltage shorts & crosstalk. This gets worse as your crimp tool's blade dulls with use.
