1 Please note, Priority Support Customer tickets will be worked on first. This price is for consulting time. We do not bill on projects, results, etc. We bill on time used only. Example: If you wish to discuss how to do a project, then that is considered consulting time and will be billed for.
2 Please note, Priority Support Customers' network down may change the scheduled call time
3 Note: Normal Business hours are 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time - Monday - Friday

5 Pre-Paid Bulk Support is subject to a discount of 8.5% off normal rates.
6 Contract/pre-paid support is subject to a discount applied to rates. Hourly rates are estimated and will vary based on your engineer.
7 All Up-To Hours are just that; depending on the engineer, you may have a higher bill rate. This is based on your selection when you create a ticket.
