Scheduled Support
Normal Business Hours
$400 for the first 2 hours — Standard Engineer
$500 for the first 2 hours — Senior Engineer (Dennis)
Minimum billing: 2-hour scheduled call
Additional time (after first 2 hours):

$250 USD / hour — Senior Engineer (Dennis)
Unscheduled Support
After-Hours
$800 for the first 2 hours — Standard Engineer
$1,000 for the first 2 hours — Senior Engineer (Dennis)

Pre-Paid Bulk Support
8.5% Discount
Up to 15 pre-paid hours (assumes Standard Engineer)
$2,745 USD for the pre-paid block
Effective rates:
$183 USD / hour — Standard Engineer
$228 USD / hour — Senior Engineer (Dennis)
Billing increments: ½-hour
Scheduled calls: minimum 2 hours (rates above apply)
After-hours (minimum 2 hours):
$366 USD / hour — Standard Engineer

Priority Support Contract
Network Services Agreement
1-year term (auto-renews)
Priority tickets are worked ahead of non-contract customers.
Package 1 — 10 hours / month (8.5% discount)

Package 2 — 20 hours / month (20% discount)

Billing increments: ¼-hour
Unused hours: do not roll over

Additional Terms
  • All billing is time-based.
  • Normal business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday.
  • Pre-paid / contract discounts apply to the engineer rate.
  • Availability depends on engineer scheduling.
  • Rates vary by engineer type (Standard vs. Senior).
  • If the ticket is submitted as “First Available,” a Senior Engineer may accept it; the Senior rate will apply.
