| | Limits and Restrictions | - No spam may be sent from any mailbox. If spam is detected, we reserve the right to disable the mailbox and reset the password on first offense. After the first offense, the mailbox may be deleted. We will notify the admin account via e-mail.
- Hard limit of 30 MB per e-mail (sent and received).
- Mailboxes have a 100 MB default storage limit unless adjusted by the mail administrator.
- We reserve the right to disable and/or delete any mailbox for any reason.
- Services require a 1-year term contract.
- For accounts under 500 mailboxes, SSL is $30 per month each.
- Limit of 5 domains per account; each additional domain is $5 per month.
- Minimum allocation per post office is 20 mailboxes. Example: If a domain has 2 mailboxes and another has 490, billing would be 490 + 20. If you exceed 500 users, the 1,000 mailbox plan applies.
