What Is a Priority Support Contract (Network Services Agreement)?
A Priority Support Contract is a minimum one-year agreement between your organization and Link Technologies, Inc. It provides:

A reduced hourly consulting rate based on your selected package
Flexibility to use hours for any remote network consulting services
If you exceed your monthly hour allotment, additional time is billed at your discounted contract rate, not the standard retail rate.
